Ashburton Cleaning Services Limited is a family focused business running three shifts supervised by owners, Kim & Lee Barker.


The main day shift, is overseen by Kim who arranges a variety of general cleaning tasks for a team of four staff.  The​se vary from window cleaning, house cleaning and builder's cleans, through to tenant's house inspection cleans, and moving in and out cleans.

The second day shift comprises of regularly scheduled cleaning tasks, which involve one to two staff per day, these tasks vary from domestic house cleaning to cleaning business while they are still trading.

 

The evening shifts operate under a supervisor's guidance with all six staff reporting to this person.  These staff work from between 5pm to 11pm, cleaning commercial premises ready for the next day's trading.



With having supervisors in place, Lee & Kim are able to take on more work and build a relationship with both their clients and staff, as well as making time for their two young children.


Lee & Kim do not expect their staff to do any task that they would not undertake themselves.
